As a landlord, Skebo has a maintenance responsibility, and as a tenant you have a duty of care for the apartment.
Inspection is an important tool to assess the condition of the apartment when moving in and out. We do pre-inspections of all our apartments. As a tenant, you are required to attend the exit inspection, which will take place in good time before you move out of your apartment. You will receive information about any faults and defects directly on site.
Our hope is that this approach will give you a reasonable opportunity to rectify anything required by us. If you restore the apartment before the end of the rental period, there will be less risk of costly repair costs when you move out. As a new tenant, you have 3 days after you move in to report faults and defects to Skebo.
