Termination

Your rental agreement specifies the rental period and termination notice period.

The termination must be done in writing and sent to the landlord via email or mail before the termination notice period expires.

In your written termination, it should be clearly stated:

  • The date from which the termination will apply
  • Which premises the termination concerns
  • Who the termination is directed towards
  • Who the sender is
  • What the termination concerns, whether it is for vacating or renegotiation

Vacating

There is a lot to consider when moving. When you have decided to move, we want you to book a meeting with us so that we can go through what applies and what procedures are in place. We also ask you to read through your rental agreement where there is more information regarding moving out.

During the move, we will also inspect the premises together with you. Please contact us to schedule a time.

Don't forget to cancel all subscriptions you have signed up for the premises. Also remember to change your address so that important information reaches you even after the move.

Remove signs and other fixtures set up for your business.
