- To set up a sign for the premises, approval from the landlord is required.
- Submit a sketch of how you intend it to look and where it should be placed.
- Once you have received our approval, you must apply for a building permit from the municipality.
- Send a copy of the approved building permit to us before installing the sign.
- Upon vacating the premises, the tenant must remove any installed signs and other fixtures and restore the building facade.
