Skebo offers a wide selection of parking spaces, ranging from outdoor spots, carports, cold and warm garages, visitor parking, and public parking buildings. The parking areas are divided into three different zones.
Our parking spaces are primarily for our residents and commercial leaseholders.
External tenants are welcome to rent a parking space subject to availability.
Skebo aims to promote a modern and more environmentally friendly parking environment.
In the autumn of 2023, Skebo and SIH received a new ownership directive, Climate Neutral 2030.
This means that in our operations, we will work towards climate neutrality, and one step in this direction is to develop a more modern parking environment tailored to future needs. The price adjustment will enable investments where we plan to allocate approximately 4,000,000 SEK per year for improvements such as upgrading parking spaces, individual metering, app-controlled engine block heaters/charging stations, and developing car and bike pools.
Parking areas must cover their own costs
Currently, Skebo's prices are generally too low, with price increases only occurring on rare occasions, and the levels have not been in line with market prices in Sweden. Through the price adjustment, we are removing what has effectively acted as a subsidy for parking spaces.

Skebo has a responsible duty to manage increasing operating and investment costs. Skebo takes a significant responsibility as a community builder, but this also requires us to act with business acumen in every aspect of our operations. Parking is no exception.
