The block Lejongapet 1 on Getberget is built by Lindbäcks and bought turnkey by Skebo when the construction is completed. Here, 155 apartments of 1-4 rooms and kitchen are built, predominantly 2-room apartments of 45-55 square meters. Moving in will take place in stages during the summer/fall of 2024.
The Area
Lejongapet 1 with the address Getbergsvägen 19 and 21 and Humlegatan 4, is an entirely new block on Getberget. Here, you live with a lovely view over the city, close to nature and centrally located with proximity to schools and beautiful green areas. The bathhouse and sports field are a short walk away. It only takes 10 minutes to cycle to the city center. A perfect area for those who don't want to live right in the city hustle and bustle but still want to be close to everything. In the area, there are also nice green spaces with a barbecue area, playground, and several seating areas.
The Apartments
The apartments are located in three buildings with a height variation of 4 to 7 floors.
The new apartments will be modern, bright, and space-efficient with smart layouts and a lot of functionality in a small space. All apartments have balconies. The apartments are equipped with a combined washer/dryer except for the four-room apartments, which have separate washing machines and dryers. All apartments have dishwashers.
A number of apartments are earmarked for young people between 18-25 years of age.

Real Estate Deal with SBB and Lindbäcks Bygg
Lejongapet 1 is part of a previous real estate deal with SBB and Lindbäcks Bygg. There is an agreement for SBB to purchase the property at the beginning of 2026. However, there are many conditions that must be met before this agreement is finalized, thus creating some uncertainty about when this will happen. Lejongapet 1 is managed by a subsidiary of Skebo and handled by Skebo's staff.
Booking and Allocation of Apartments
The apartments are applied for on our website and allocated based on queue points in Skebo's housing queue.
