On the campus area, 220 temporary student accommodations have been set up. These are small rooms with their own shower and toilet, as well as common areas with kitchens.
The project has been granted temporary building permission for up to five years (2026). The ambition is to build permanent student rooms on Campus in the future.
These 220 rooms are continuously published on our website for applications.
The approximate location of the accommodations is just south of the Campus.
Lease without tenancy protection
Since the student rooms are a temporary solution, with a limited building permit time, the student contracts for the area are written without tenancy protection. This means that the contracts will be terminated when it is time to remove the student accommodations in about 5 years.
Reporting issues for residents on the Campus area
Report issues to Algeco for example
- If something is wrong with the equipment in the laundry room/kitchen.
- The property, such as ventilation, heating, etc.
- Other operations/products in the rooms.
- WiFi in the property.
