Skebo’s range of parking spaces, carports, and garages are updated every Tuesday on www.skebo.se. In order to rent and queue for a parking space at Skebo, you need to register as an applicant in Skebo’s parking queue. Tenants of Skebo are always prioritised when allocating car spaces.
Subject to availability, non-tenants may be able to rent a parking space in certain areas. For those who are not tenants of Skebo, 25% VAT will be added to the monthly rent.
How it works
Log into My Account to express your interest. Specify the area, type of parking space(s) you are interested in. You can also subscribe in order to view parking spaces that match your preferences. Each week, you’ll receive an email with information about the spaces available.
When you log into My Account, you will see an overview of available parking spaces under Available Right Now – Matching Parking Spaces. When you click Matching Parking Spaces, you will see which parking spaces are or will be available. Click the parking space to see the number of the parking space. This is also where you express your interest. The available spaces will be shown on the website for seven days, and will be distributed according to queue points.
If no one books the parking space, it will published as Parking Direct. This means that the parking space will be assigned to whoever first expresses interest.
We rent out all our parking spaces, carports, and garages on a full-year contract. Only in exceptional cases can we offer more than one parking space per apartment. If necessary, Skebo may terminate the extra parking space. If you book a parking space in an area other than the one you live in, approval of the agreement is at our discretion.
