In the autumn of 2024, the first groundbreaking will take place for a total of 219 rental apartments at Anderstorpsgården in central Skellefteå. The apartments are expected to be ready for moving in at the beginning of 2027. This will be one of the largest projects in Skebo's history and a long-awaited addition to a growing Skellefteå.
Neighborhood
The neighborhood of Anderstorpsgården has an attractive location along the southern bank of the Skellefte River. Here you will live close to good amenities such as a playground, sports field, and generous green areas. The area also includes schools, preschools, a health center, and Skellefteå's central parts are within a 20-minute walking distance.
Housing for Everyone
There will be 219 new apartments built, distributed among three high-rise buildings with eight floors each, and a slab building with six floors. The apartments will vary from 2 to 4 rooms and a kitchen, ranging in size from approximately 35 to 85 square meters. The buildings will be equipped with solar panels installed on the roofs. Each apartment has a balcony, and those on the ground floor have access to their own patio.
We are also constructing two rows of townhouses in two floors in the area. These residences have 5 rooms and a kitchen in an area of approximately 100 square meters. Additionally, around 140 parking spaces will be offered, of which 80 percent will have engine heaters that can be converted to electric car charging as needed.
Anderstorp - A Vibrant Neighborhood
At Anderstorp, you have everything you need within reach - shops, pharmacies, hairdressers, schools, preschools, playgrounds, and beautiful nature for lovely walks along the river or in the forest. It is also easy to get to the center by bike or bus.
Schedule
Construction is planned to start in the fourth quarter of 2024 with rental start in 2026 and an estimated move-in date in the first quarter of 2027. NCC has been chosen as the contractor for the project.
