How does My Account work?
My pages are for those who want to register their interest, join the housing queue, make a service request, and have full control over everything related to their rental apartment. You can choose to log in with Mobile Bank ID or with personal/organizational number and personal password. If you are not already a user, click on Don't have an account? Sign up!
Update your queue points
Your queue points are updated automatically when you log in to My Account, and you need to log in at least once every 12 months to keep your queue points. If you have a registered email address, you will receive a reminder message, but be sure to check that it has not been caught in a spam filter. It is still your responsibility to keep your registration active so that you do not lose your queue points. If you forget to log in within 12 months, you will need to register again and start collecting points anew.
