We are looking for several property manager substitutes for various areas in Skellefteå during the summer of 2025.
Responsibilities
As a property manager at Skebo, you will have the opportunity to work in a varied and diverse job where you will handle service requests, perform simple construction, plumbing, and electrical jobs, as well as coordinate external suppliers for larger projects. You will also be out meeting our tenants and ensuring they receive the best possible service.
The positions are based in Skellefteå, Bureå/Lövånger, Burträsk, Boliden, Kåge/Byske, and Skelleftehamn/Ursviken. Please specify in your application which area(s) you are interested in.
Duration: Full-time during the period June-August
Working hours: Weekdays 07:00-16:00

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with education in construction, plumbing, or electrical work, or who has acquired knowledge through work experience. You enjoy problem-solving and we also believe you have good computer skills as there is some administrative work included.
Since the positions involve driving to different areas, a valid driving license (B) is required.
Furthermore, you have good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are considered a merit.
As a person, we see you as a team player with a strong service orientation. You enjoy meeting and helping people and thrive in a varied work environment. You are flexible, good at prioritizing, and ensure things get done independently.
