Here is the list of Skebo's new productions that will be completed in 2024 and planned further ahead.

Burträsk: 17 apartments, moving in on February 1, 2024
Byske: 24 apartments, moving in on February 1, 2024
Bureå: 40 apartments, moving in on July 1, 2024
Lejongapet 1 (Getberget): 155 apartments, moving in stages on June 15, September 1, and October 1, 2024
Productions with move-in dates further ahead:
Sörbyn Phase 1: 128 apartments (20 semi-detached houses, 5 rooms and kitchen, and 108 apartments in high-rise buildings). Moving in on November 1, 2025 and Q1 2026.
Sörbyn Phase 2: 40 terraced houses (under tender, contractor not confirmed, building permit to be submitted in autumn)
Anderstorpsgården: 219 apartments (3 high-rise buildings, 8 floors; 1 lamella building, 6 floors; 2 terraced houses, 2 floors). NCC is the contractor, building permit to be applied for this summer. Moving in January 2027.
Astern: 60-70 apartments. Procurement ongoing.
Morö Backe: 60-70 apartments, two-story houses. Procurement ongoing.
Volten: New real estate deal enabling 300 new homes.
