Skebo continues its investment in Kåge. It is now clear that 40 new homes will be built in the central parts of the community. The rental apartments will be built as terraced houses in two floors. Contractor has been appointed as the contractor for the project.
– Kåge is popular and growing rapidly, as is the entire Skellefteå municipality. We have also seen that terraced houses are a way of living that suits many and that we believe in very much, says Harriet Classon, chairman of Skebo.
The 40 apartments that will be built will be the second stage of the construction in Sörbyn, which is centrally located in Kåge with direct proximity to shops, health center, and with nature around the corner. The apartments are distributed in terraced houses in two floors. They are almost identical to the 40 residences being built in the first stage, which is expected to be completed in early 2025.

Each residence will have 5 rooms and a kitchen and will measure approximately 110 square meters. They will also have an associated parking space equipped with both a charging box and a power outlet for engine heater.
